Apparently, Beatpad only works with a mouse and a keyboard, but if you connect your launchpad and customize it to press the keys defined in the application, then yes, you will have the possibility to do this.
A simple solution is to use JoytoKey. It's available and works with controllers, but I suspect it might work with this device as well.
